拥有铠甲般的胸肌是很多男人的梦想……
自带一身铠甲是一种什么感受？
那真的是走到哪里都是男性荷尔蒙爆棚，白衣女护士的嘴唇已经说明了一切。
而形成铠甲胸肌很重要的一点就是深深的胸肌中缝。
那么如何练习胸肌中缝呢？
仰卧哑铃飞鸟是常用的一种动作。
但是今天我重点要说说另一种对胸肌中缝刺激很强烈的动作：钻石俯卧撑
它是俯卧撑的一种变式，将两手的拇指食指相对，形成钻石形，这就是它名字的由来。
主要用来练肱三头肌和胸肌中缝。
这两个图中的动作是很标准的。
需要注意的地方是：
- 要慢上慢下。
- 下到最低点时胸口要贴到钻石的中心，而不是用下巴或脖子的位置贴到。这样对胸肌中缝的刺激更大，而且对肘部和肩部的压力更小。（注意是贴到，而不是将身体的重量压到手上）
- 做的过程中要将注意力放在胸肌中缝的感受上，保持肌肉的紧张感，做到念动一致。
怎样才能让它的效果更好呢，那就是做完仰卧哑铃飞鸟之后再做钻石俯卧撑。
这样对胸肌中缝的刺激真的非常大，做完之后的几天都会让你的胸肌中缝感到火辣辣的存在。
为什么这样的组合效果好呢？
我的理解是，因为它的手臂运行轨迹与仰卧哑铃飞鸟不同，从而对胸肌中缝产生了不同类型的刺激。
钻石俯卧撑的难度比普通俯卧撑要大，没有基础的要先练好普通俯卧撑，不然容易伤到肘部和肩部。
很多新手由于体重大、基础差、柔韧性不好，在练习俯卧撑时伤了手腕。
也有很多老鸟是在做冲击俯卧撑、波比跳（我就是在硬地面做波比跳时伤的手腕）或一些街健动作时伤了手腕。
手腕受伤很不爱好，严重影响健身。
所以我建议你再没受伤前就戴上护腕，并且在瑜伽垫上练习。
